These terms govern your use of Voygo (the "app"), operated by Voygo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Voygo.

What Voygo is

Voygo is a group travel coordination tool. It helps groups agree on dates and a destination, gather preferences, and organise flights and accommodation in one place.

Voygo is not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking service. We do not sell flights or accommodation and we are not a party to any booking you make. Bookings are made directly with third-party providers (such as airlines, Booking.com, Airbnb, or Hostelworld) under their own terms.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Voygo.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Please keep your details accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Recommendations & estimates

Destination ideas, area suggestions, flight options, and price and travel-time estimates are generated to help your group decide. They are indicative only, may be produced with the help of AI and third-party data, and can be inaccurate or out of date.

Always confirm the real price, times, availability, and terms with the provider before you book. We are not liable for differences between estimates shown in the app and what you are offered when booking.

Group organisers & payments

Where a group nominates an organiser, members may agree to pay that organiser their share of costs. Voygo does not process, hold, or handle any payments between members. Any money that changes hands is strictly between you and the other members of your group.

We are not responsible for disputes about money, bookings, or arrangements between group members.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by:

• attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data;
• submitting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• using the app for anything other than coordinating genuine travel plans.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you add (such as trip names, preferences, and suggestions). You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to run the service for you and your group.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from third-party bookings, provider actions, estimates, or arrangements between group members.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You can stop using Voygo and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
